General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 — Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the sale of products made on the ArtomSport website (hereinafter "the Site") between Artom Sport, with its registered office located at 5 rue Louise Michel, 41350 Vineuil, France (hereinafter "the Seller"; registration information available in our Legal Notice), and any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the Site (hereinafter "the Customer").

Any order placed on the Site implies the Customer's unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.

Article 2 — Products

The Seller offers for sale running and sports products and accessories, presented and described with the greatest possible accuracy on the Site. The photographs illustrating the products have no contractual value.

Article 3 — Price

Product prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes (TTC). The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the applicable price is the one in effect at the time of the order validation.

Article 4 — Ordering

The Customer selects the products of their choice, adds them to their cart, and then validates their order after verifying the details and the total price, including delivery costs. The order is only final after payment confirmation.

Article 5 — Payment

Payment is made online, at the time of ordering, via the payment methods offered on the Site. The Seller implements all reasonable means to ensure the security and confidentiality of the transmitted data.

Article 6 — Delivery

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer during the order process, within the estimated timeframe indicated on our Delivery & Returns page. This timeframe is provided for information purposes. In accordance with Article L.216-6 of the Consumer Code, in the event of a delay, the Customer may, after having requested the Seller to perform the delivery within a reasonable additional period, terminate the contract if the delivery has not taken place within that period.

Article 7 — Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reason or pay any penalty, with the exception of return shipping costs. ArtomSport extends this period to 30 days, in accordance with its return policy.

To exercise this right, the Customer notifies their decision to the Seller by email at artom41000@gmail.com or via our Contact page before the period expires. Products must be returned in their original condition, unwashed and unused. The refund is processed within a maximum period of 14 days, using the payment method used during the order.

Article 8 — Legal Warranties

Every product sold on the Site benefits from the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the legal warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code), without prejudice to any commercial warranty that may be granted.

Article 9 — Liability

The Seller cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract in the event of force majeure or the fault of the Customer.

Article 10 — Personal Data

The processing of the Customer's personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Article 11 — Intellectual Property

All elements of the Site (texts, images, logos, brands) are the exclusive property of the Seller or its partners and are protected by intellectual property law.

Article 12 — Applicable Law and Disputes

These T&Cs are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the Customer may have free recourse to a consumer mediator under the conditions specified in our Legal Notice, or bring the matter before the competent court.
